Research On Spatial Planning Strategy Of Characteristic Towns In Guangzhou And Foshan Based On Regional Culture

In recent years,with the advancement of China’s urbanization revolution,people’s way of production and life is slowly changing.As a new carrier of the development of modern characteristic industries,characteristic towns are gradually valued by the state and local governments.In recent years,Guangzhou and Foshan have paid more and more attention to the cultivation and creation of characteristic towns.At present,the development of Characteristic Towns in China has become stable,and the research on characteristic towns has gradually increased.In the existing planning of characteristic towns,most of the towns blindly imitate and lack of characteristics,which leads to the lack of follow-up development motivation,the difficulty of talent retention,and the towns gradually "desolate".It can be seen that the creation of characteristic towns should take the characteristic industry as the driving force,the characteristic architecture as the carrier,the regional characteristic culture as the support,gradually excavate the cultural elements in the cultivation,promote the production by culture,and prosper the city by industry.Therefore,exploring the spatial planning mode of characteristic town with regional culture as the core element is the problem that needs to be paid attention to in the current research.This paper mainly takes the regional cultural elements of Guangfo area as the research perspective,excavates,selects,inherits and innovates the local culture,and injects the characteristic cultural elements into the spatial planning of the characteristic town,so as to make the local culture contained in the small town in the form of materialization.On the one hand,the embodiment of cultural elements in characteristic towns can promote the inheritance and development of local culture;on the other hand,it can better promote the sustainable development of characteristic towns.The paper is divided into four chaptersThe first chapter introduces the research background,expounds the research purpose and significance,content and research methods,delineates the research scope,determines the research object and so on.The second chapter is the theoretical research,which mainly introduces the relevant concepts of characteristic town and regional culture,and summarizes the relevant research on characteristic town,and analyzes and introduces the relevant research process of domestic characteristic town as well as the progress of research and development at home and abroad.The third chapter puts forward the problems.According to the investigation,it analyzes the current situation of the planning of Characteristic Towns in Guangzhou and Foshan,summarizes the lack of existing characteristic cultural elements in their spatial planning,and puts forward relevant problems from five aspects: industry,characteristic style,functional layout,characteristic space and infrastructure.The fourth chapter is the main chapter.Aiming at the problems mentioned above,this paper explores the methods of regional culture construction and puts forward the corresponding planning strategies.Firstly,three planning principles are put forward for the overall planning,and the planning strategies for the characteristic towns of Guangzhou and Foshan are put forward in the aspects of characteristic industry mining,characteristic style shaping,spatial layout and infrastructure improvement.On this basis,the regional cultural characteristics are integrated into the spatial planning points to promote the diversified development of the characteristic towns of Guangzhou and Foshan.
