The self-anchored suspension bridge has been favored by the builders because of its unique shape and beautiful linear shape.It has become a very competitive choice in the span of 100 ~ 300 m.However,there are few literatures on the load test and safety evaluation of self-anchored suspension bridges.This paper takes the Jiahe Bridge in Yantai as the engineering background and uses Midas Civil to analyze the dynamic and static mechanical properties of the main structure.Design and optimize dynamic and static load tests,and evaluate their safety based on the data obtained from the load tests.Design a program to calculate the deflections and stresses at the critical sections of the stress section.Fit the data obtained from the load tests to construct a bridge safety based on neural networks.Sex assessment techniques.The main work of this article is as follows:1.A full-bridge finite element analysis model was established to analyze the stress situation of the self-anchored bridge under static equilibrium.According to the relevant requirements in General Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts(JTG D60-2015),the design load combination and then simulate the actual situation of the selfanchored suspension bridge in the operating state,so as to analyze the structural stress in the actual operating state.2.Combining the theoretical calculation results obtained with the finite element model and the collected vehicle model and traffic data on the roads of the supporting project of the Jiahe Bridge,the design and optimization of the dynamic and static load test of the Jiahe Bridge are carried out.Through the design of static load test,it is possible to analyze the stress section of the key section of the structure,combined with the calculated value of the structural part obtained by the finite element model,and use the calibration factor to judge the safety of the structure;the design of the dynamic load test can explore the speed,brake and bridge The influence of surface flatness on the stress of key sections.At the same time,a discrete analysis of the obtained deflection and stress verification coefficients is carried out to analyze which can more stably reflect the true safety of the structure.3.Using Matlab to design the BP neural network and compile a program that can fit the deflection and stress calculation value of the key cross-section of the structure.Using the deflection and stress monitoring values obtained by the static load test to train the designed neural network,using the obtained fitting values to evaluate the safety of the structure,and comparing and analyzing the safety factors obtained from the calculated values of the finite element model More accurate judgment of structural safety.
