| Living is the need of human existence and the primary content of human life and behavior.With the increasing proportion of hard landscape in the exterior landscape of residential area,more and more attention is paid to its landscape quality.In this paper,154 residential communities completed within the past 20 years in Xixiangtang District are taken as the investigation scope.With different floor area,housing price,linear distance from downtown,completion time,green rate and developer as the screening conditions,20% typical sampling is conducted,and 62 residential communities are finally selected as the research objects.A classified investigation was conducted on the facilities,paving and building systems of 62 residential areas:(1)Facility system:There are 34 sculptures in total,with 55% application frequency.Stone and metal materials are the majority.Animals and human beings are the main shapes,with the most decorative themes,27.The material of service sketch is mainly plastic and metal,and the plastic is about 62%.Relaxation sketches were used 85% of the time.There are 57 kinds of garden chairs,about 25 kinds of table and chair combinations,and 6 kinds of artistic tables and chairs.Lighting sketches were used 94% of the time,yard lights 57%,lawn lights 23%,and pole lights 20%,all of which were made of metal or stone.In the display sketches,there were 38 categories of names,47 categories of guides and 51 categories of prohibitions.Metal materials were the most,about 68%.Recreational and fitness facilities were used 58% of the time,and fitness equipment and children’s entertainment facilities were the most frequently.(2)Pavement system:Road paving,granite utilization rate is the highest 22%.Square road basically only USES square brick,marble,granite,blue slate four kinds of materials,a few pavement for geometric patterns;There are 12 kinds of granite on the waterscape pavement with the highest utilization rate.The paving material of swimming pool is standard swimming pool brick,and the color is mostly blue and white.The paving materials of the square are granite,marble,cobblestone,blue slate and square brick,15 residential districts are spliced into geometric patterns,and 7are designed as concrete patterns.(3)Building system:The application frequency of kiosks is 44%.There are 19 Chinese-style and 10Western-style ones.Material to granite,wood in the majority.The highest frequency of color is reddish brown.There are only 2 residential areas with corridors.The style is Chinese style.The flower racks are set in 15 residential areas,5 with Western style and 10 with Chinese style.Wood,cement and granite are the most used materials,and reddish brown is the most used color,about 47%.In the pool management room,only 4 buildings are single buildings,while the others are temporary umbrellas.The gatekeeper management room is set in 53 residential districts,16 with Western style and 37 with Chinese style.Based on the analysis of the characteristic residential area and the characteristic hard landscape,aiming at the existing problems of the hard landscape in the residential area of Xixiangtang District,Nanning city,this paper puts forward the optimization and improvement strategies.Pay attention to the expression of regional culture;Pay attention to the late maintenance of hard landscape;The local hard landscape is in harmony with the overall environment.This paper provides some references for the construction of hard landscape in the residential area of Xixiangtang district in Nanning city. |
