Research On Landscape Renewal Design Of Jinan General Temple Historical District Under The Perspective Of Residential Symbiosis

In recent years,with the development of cultural tourism in historic districts,many residential historic districts have developed various forms of tourism,commerce and so on,which have played a positive role in promoting the local economic development and the spread of historical culture.However,there are still many residents living in the block,and the development of tourism economy in the block also affects the living atmosphere and historical culture display.These residents play a vital role in maintaining and inheriting the historical culture and living atmosphere.A large number of tourism commercial landscape Spaces affect or even reduce the original living landscape space.It leads to a series of contradictions between residential landscape and tourist landscape.From the perspective of coexistence of residence and tourism,this paper takes the landscape renewal design of Ji ’nan General Temple Historic District as the research object in order to develop the economic development of the district tourism,the living memory of the district and the continuation of the human environment,aiming at exploring how to improve the landscape quality while preserving the historical culture,so as to create a historical and cultural district suitable for living and traveling.First of all,through the analysis and summary of relevant theories,this paper concludes the concept of living and tourism symbiosis,that is,residents and tourists share the environmental resources of the block,while maintaining the sustainable development of the humanistic environment of the block through effective landscape planning and design of the block.Then,the relevant cases and the status quo of landscape space and historical humanistic resources of the residential historic district of Jangjunmiao in Jinan City are analyzed and investigated.This paper conducts a classified study on the landscape space of the block that satisfies different users,analyzes the characteristics,problems and potential of the historic block of Jangjunmiao,and points out that this area is rich in historical and cultural heritage,but there are a series of problems in landscape renewal,such as insufficient commercial space,chaotic traffic,imperfect public service facilities and so on.Secondly,through the analysis of the culture,history,social economy and living environment of the General Temple block,the strategy and principle of landscape renewal design which can solve the current problems are summarized.Based on the perspective of coexistence of residence and tourism,a series of operable and feasible landscape renewal design schemes were proposed for the historic district of General Temple in Jinan City,including optimizing traffic space,protecting and repairing historical buildings,transforming and increasing public space,improving public service facilities,creating beautiful district space,carrying forward history and culture,etc.Finally,this paper summarizes the main findings and significance of this research,and puts forward the direction and inspiration for further research,and provides a scientific,reasonable and feasible landscape renewal scheme for the historic district of Jangjunmiao.It is expected that this paper will provide reference for landscape renewal design of other urban historic districts,and will have reference significance for urban planning,landscape design,cultural heritage protection and other fields.
