Cable laying design is one of the most complex and tedious work in power plant design.Manual design will cost a lot of labor cost.At the same time,the traditional two-dimensional design can not truly represent the design scene,carry out collision inspection,and prone to design errors.Compared with the traditional design methods,the power plant design based on 3D design software is more intuitive and accurate,which has been widely used in the industry.However,no matter what kind of design method,cable routing algorithm has always been based on the traditional algorithm,which is often limited by the complex design and the needs of a large number of data.This paper focuses on the optimal routing problem of multi equipment nodes under cable laying constraints in 3D design scenarios.Path optimization algorithm is the core of cable laying design.In order to obtain the optimal path of cable laying,this paper first studies the algorithm of cable laying,and combined with the problem,selects ant colony algorithm to solve the optimal path.Secondly,the paper analyzes the biological model,mathematical model,algorithm implementation and characteristics of ant colony algorithm through the business travel problem.Thirdly,the problem of cable laying is analyzed.The problem is transformed into the Steiner minimum spanning tree problem under the node degree constraint in three-dimensional space.The mathematical modeling of laying process and the modeling of some rule constraints are completed.Through the test data of three-dimensional design platform,the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal path to achieve the expected purpose.Finally,a method of dynamic modification of pheromone influence factor,visibility influence factor and wolf pack strategy is proposed.Through verification,the optimization algorithm improves the efficiency of the algorithm while solving the optimal path,and completes the development of auxiliary cable laying design software based on PDMS and.Net platform.In this paper,the optimal ant colony algorithm is used to solve the cable laying problem,which can not only solve the optimal path under the constraints of relevant rules,but also display the solution path through three-dimensional design software,which improves the working efficiency of cable laying design,saves the cost of human and material resources,reduces the design error to a certain extent,so as to avoid the construction accidents caused by design problems and The delay of project progress has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
