| China has a vast plateau and high cold region with military significance,high incidence of natural disasters which have a severe impact.The shelter is widely used in military operations,emergency rescue and disaster relief,and can meet the requirements of personnel for efficient warmth,oxygen production and oxygen supply,daily life and operational support.When the shelter is working in the plateau and high cold region,its environmental adaptability problem is particularly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the environmental adaptability of the shelter.With the support of the national key R&D program,the adaptability of the key components of the shelter to the plateau and high cold environment was studied in this paper.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical and methodological support for the design and evaluation of the adaptive improvement of the alpine environment on the shelter.The main research contents are as follows:1.The characteristics of the plateau and high cold environment and its effect on the shelter were studied.By comparing and analyzing the data of typical environmental factors in plateau and plain,it was determined that the plateau environment has the characteristics of low temperature,large temperature difference between day and night,low air pressure,air drying,strong solar radiation and poor transportation environment.The climatic characteristics of the plateau at an altitude of 4,500 m were quantitatively described,and the influence of the shelter and the transport chassis on the plateau and high cold environment was analyzed in depth,which laid a foundation for the research on the adaptability of the plateau and high cold environment for the key components of the shelter.2.The plateau and high cold environment test of rubber seals of shelter was carried out.According to the test results,the failure mechanism of rubber seal ring in plateau and high cold environment was obtained.The influence of low temperature environment on the characteristic stress of rubber sealing ring was analyzed systematically by means of environmental test data and ANSYS finite element simulation.3.The plateau and high cold environment test of organic protective coating of shelter was carried out.Based on the characteristics of plateau and high cold environment,the environmental test profile of the organic coatings was established,and the failure mechanism of organic protective coatings in plateau and high cold environment was analyzed according to the test results.4.Based on the failure mechanism of rubber seals and organic protective coatings in plateau and high cold environment,the design scheme for improving the adaptability of the key components of the shelter in plateau cold environment was studied and proposed.In order to quantitatively characterize the environmental adaptability of the shelter components,an environmental adaptability evaluation method was proposed,and the validity of the method was verified by the plateau cold environment test data of rubber seals. |
