As an important part of passive interference,and as one of the longest used interferences in history,chaff has been widely used in somee fields such as air defense and anti-mission.Today,chaff jamming is applied to space to perform special tasks.The launch of chaff in space will cause new challenges.At the present stage,domestic and foreign knowledge an the theoretical knowledge of the diffusion model and echo characteristics of chaff in spaces,the development of foil strip emptters in space is less,Based on this situation,this paper uses the foil strip as a reference object to realize the launch of a foil bullet in space by designing ahd manufacturing a new foil stripping device.First,by studying the anti-jamming tharacteristics of the foil,understanding the principle of the foil interference,researching the packaging technology of the foil and quickly dispersing,and obtaining the arrangement of the foil.Based on the modular design method,the module is divided into three modules,that is,the equipment is divided into three modules:the study of the material storage and overall structure of the launcher,the study of the tray movement mode and positioning method of the launcher.,Device sealing and material diffusion mode research module,and then design the corresponding components,using CREO2.0 three-dimensional software to assemble the above important components.Secondly,by analyzing the stress of a single chaff,a diffusion model of a single chaff is established through computational reasoning,thereby further establishing a diffusion model of the entire chaff cloud.Using MATLAB software to simulate the diffusion of chaff clouds in high orbit and low orbit,the diffusion of chaff clouds in low orbit is based on the "dense at both ends,the middle hollow" stepping on the surface similar to the football;The chaff cloud is ejected at a relatively high altitude,and the atmospheric force has almost no effect on the chaff.In this case,the movement of the chaff is similar to free diffusion,and finally based on the three different signal bandwidths of the radar.Corresponding to the chaff cloud radar echo model.Finally,a model machine was developed to verify the feasibility of the design of the third chapter and then the prototype of the equipment was developed.Through field test,prototype:has reasonable structure and reliable performance,meeting the design requirements and technical requirements of the equipment.Through the ground and vacuum test of the prototype,the ground 2 test results show that the two-dimensional/axis-symmetric nozzle interference effect is greater than that of the air knife.Under vacuum test,the chaff diffusion direction,diffusion shape and diffusion can be known through the foil strip motion ve ctor diagram,speed.
