| Electric road sweeper is a new type of high-efficiency cleaning equipment integrating road cleaning,garbage collection and transportation.Garbage picking and conveying,fast and effective settlement and separation are the key technologies of suction sweeping machine;and nozzle and garbage settlement The box is the main component of the two core systems.The research on the nozzle and the garbage settling box can improve the performance of the two systems.This paper focuses on the research of nozzles and settling boxes,and obtain some guiding conclusions for its design.The main research contents of this thesis are:In order to improve the efficiency of electric sweeping machine,CREO,ANSYS-Fluent and other software are used to model the nozzle flow channel model and flow field analysis,discuss the flow pattern of the nozzle inside the flow field,and propose a optimization scheme for the nozzle structure parameters.The gas-solid two-phase flow analysis of the nozzle is carried out to obtain the influence of the grain size of the sand and the negative pressure of the fan on the efficiency of vacuuming.The results show that when the suction pipe inclination angle is 55° and the front bezel inclination angle is 65°,the internal flow field of the nozzle is smoother,the system energy loss is small;When the negative pressure of the fan is constant,the pickup efficiency of the nozzle decreases with the increase of the sand particle size.When the particle size of the sand is unchanged,the pickup efficiency of the nozzle increases with the increase of the negative pressure of the fan;Find the optimal negative pressure value provided by the fan under the premise of dust collection efficiency.In order to improve the settlement efficiency of the electric road sweeper,the parameterized modeling and flow field analysis of the garbage settling tank,the distribution law of the airflow velocity inside the settling tank,the optimization scheme of the settling tank parameters,and the gas-solid two-phase flow of the settling tank are proposed.After analysis,the sedimentation trajectories of different sand groups were obtained,and the sedimentation efficiency of sedimentation tanks with different particle sizes before and after optimization was compared.The results show that when the positional parameter of the baffle 1 is 460mm and the height is 55mm,the airflow velocity at the bottom of the settling tank is smaller,and the flow velocity inside the settling tank is more uniform,which is more suitable for sand sedimentation;For the settling box of mixed sand particles,the settling box can effectively settle the mixed sand group larger than 0.1mm.When the sand particle size is less than 0.3mm,the settling efficiency of the settling box after optimization is significantly improved and the energy loss is significant.cut backThrough the trial production of the prototype,and then the actual vehicle test on the road sweeper,the experimental results show that the negative pressure fan can provide enough negative pressure suction pick up large garbage;the electric road sweeper can meet the industry requirements and can mix more than 15mm.The sand particles are sucked and picked up;the position experiment of the nozzle is used to compare the static pressure value and the wind speed of the main inlet of the nozzle with the simulation data,and the error is within the specified range,indicating that the model is effective and the simulation result is credible. |
