With the continuous improvement of the reliability requirements of military articles packaging,drop test,as an important means of quality inspection and reliability research,is an important test method to improve and guarantee the quality of military articles.According to the drop test requirements of GJB150.18-86,the quality inspection of military packaging before transportation is a necessary process.The existing drop test equipment has some problems,such as the technical parameters cannot be truly reflected,the operation is inconvenient,the degree of automation and so on.Therefore,a new drop test system based on robot technology is designed,which can not only guarantee the safety of test and transportation personnel,but also ensure the smooth completion of the quality test of military supplies packaging under the Angle drop condition.Through the analysis of the functional requirements and working principle of the new drop test system,the overall design scheme of the system is determined,and the design scheme of the manipulator structure is emphasized.SOLIDWORKS was used to build a 3D model of the system including 186 parts,and the 3R manipulator was optimized by ANSYS Workbench19.0 to increase the strength and stiffness of the structure.Combining the classical D-H method and the recursive acceleration analysis method,the kinematics model of the 3R manipulator is established and analyzed,and the acceleration parameter equation of the end-effector is obtained.In the ADAMS environment,the STEP function is used to add sliding friction to the end-effector,and the 45-degree Angle drop test of the system is simulated.The simulation curve is combined with the acceleration equation to verify that there is no secondary contact between the sample and the actuator during the test.The simulation results show that the new drop system can meet the requirements of practical application,and provide a reference for evaluating the safety level of military packaging,as well as new ideas for the further research of drop equipment.
