China's ship and marine engineering equipment industry is in a period of strategic development,in which technological innovation plays a pivotal role.As excellent representative enterprises of ship and marine engineering equipment industry,scientific and technological innovation ability of ship and marine engineering equipment listed companies' development can reflect the technological innovation level of the entire industry to a certain extent.Therefore,through the evaluation and research on the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of ship and marine engineering equipment industry listed companies,this article can intuitively obtain the development level of the ship and marine engineering equipment industry's scientific and technological innovation and the development trend of scientific and technological innovation capabilities,then putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of the ship and marine engineering equipment industry.(1)This article analyzes the development status of the ship and marine engineering equipment industry and 23 ship and marine engineering equipment listed companies,putting forward the necessity of researching the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of ship and marine engineering equipment listed companies in China.Through combing the literature,based on the scientific and technological innovation theory and combined with the commonality of ship and marine engineering equipment manufacturing and supporting,a scientific and technological innovation capability evaluation index system for China's ship and marine engineering equipment listed companies is constructed.(2)This article uses real data of listed companies for calculation.Entropy weight method is used for weighting.The contents,advantages and disadvantages of various scientific and technological innovation capability evaluation methods are introduced.(3)This paper uses the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of China's 23 listed ship and marine engineering equipment companies from 2014 to 2018.The results show that the overall level of technological innovation capability of the enterprises is average.From the development trend of 2014 to 2018,it can be seen that the development of scientific and technological innovation capabilities of China's ship and marine engineering equipment listed companies is in a fluctuating upward trend.At the same time,based on the TOPSIS model,the technology innovation capabilities of 7 ship and marine engineering equipment manufacturing listed companies and 16 ship and marine engineering equipment supporting listed companies from 2014 to 2018 are calculated.The ranking situation analyzes the vertical ranking and development trend of various types of enterprises' scientific and technological innovation capabilities.Then selecting representative enterprises of the two types of enterprises for horizontal comparative analysis.Finally,the study finds the advantages and disadvantages of the development of scientific and technological innovation capabilities of the two types of enterprises.(4)According to the research results of the overall evaluation and enterprise evaluation,this article gives countermeasures and suggestions for improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of china's ship and marine engineering equipment enterprises from the overall environment and the enterprise itself.Simultaneously,suggestions for improvement of the corresponding enterprises are issued.
