Research On Evaluation Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Shenyang

Equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillar industry of national economy,an important driving force of national economic growth,a basic industry of social economy,and related to the development of social economy and people’s living standards.Technological innovation plays a decisive role in the development of equipment manufacturing industry,and technological innovation ability is the key to the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in Shenyang.Improving the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang is an urgent need to revitalize Shenyang’s economy.It is of great significance to study how to make a scientific evaluation of the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang for upgrading,transformation and economic development of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang.This article is divided into three parts.The first part,the relevant literature and theory are sorted out,the research status of technology innovation ability evaluation of equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad are sorted out,the connotation of equipment manufacturing industry and technology innovation ability is defined,and the shortcomings of technology innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang are obtained by analyzing the current situation of technology innovation ability of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry.The second part,based on the theory of technological innovation and the characteristics of equipment manufacturing industry,an evaluation index system including six first-level indicators and 22second-level indicators is constructed based on rough sets.The first-level indicators include: environmental support ability,input ability,import absorptive ability,output ability,marketing ability and management ability.The combination weighting methodcombining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used to empower each index.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation model of technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry is constructed.The evaluation index system and model are used to evaluate the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang.The third part,the conclusion is drawn: the input and output ability of technological innovation and the supporting ability of technological innovation environment of equipment manufacturing industry have a great influence on the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry;the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang has a great influence on the technological innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry;Ability is at medium level.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation ability of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry from the aspects of building a sound technological innovation support system,improving investment capacity and management capacity.
