Equipment manufacturing industry is one of the important fields of high-tech development in China.How to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises through continuous technological innovation has become the focus of attention of these enterprises.S state-owned equipment manufacturing company is such a high-tech management enterprise,according to the characteristics of the enterprise to build a technological innovation model is the main problem faced by enterprises,this thesis chooses this topic for research has practical significance.Taking S State-owned Equipment Manufacturing Company as the research object,this thesis discusses the optimal technological innovation mode of S State-owned Equipment Manufacturing Company.Based on the relevant theories of technological innovation and enterprise management research,this thesis focuses on three modes of technological innovation: independent innovation,imitative innovation and cooperative innovation.Combining with the author's experience in the relevant departments of S Company,the thesis realizes the accurate judgment of various problems in technological innovation of S Company,and finally achieves the goal.For S company,it chooses the technological innovation mode suitable for its current self-development,and puts forward the implementation path and effective countermeasures of the new mode.Through research and analysis,we hope to use scientific and reasonable technological innovation mode to realize the reform and optimization of S company's technological innovation management.The research results of this thesis will have a certain reference value for the enterprise.
