The deepening of economic globalization has continuously stimulated world industrial competition.Under the economic environment of survival of the fittest,it becomes particularly important to implement efficient and convenient operation management.The traditional manufacturing operation mode is from design to manufacturing,from manufacturing to testing.Any operation problems found in the production process are fed back and remanufactured from design modification.If you want to have a comprehensive understanding of the operation situation of each station in the shipyard,you need managers to go to the workshop of the shipyard to check on the spot.you cannot master the real-time production situation of the enterprise,which will also have some impact on the operation control efficiency and is not conducive to the improvement of the production efficiency of products.By realizing the goal of information management in the production process,enterprise managers can fully understand the production plan,production progress,production methods,etc.First of all,the research on the background and future development trend of modern shipbuilding industry leads to the topic of this paper,and the construction method of 3D virtual visual shipyard is studied.This paper further analyzes the shipyard layout under different regional characteristics and the shipyard operation process under the modern mode.Then,the design idea of building a target virtual shipyard is put forward.Reasonable modeling software and suitable virtual engine software are selected to restore the three-dimensional scene of the shipyard.The scene data to be constructed are collected.Use modeling software to build and render scenes.Once again,the ship model of the shipyard is built through professional ship design software,and then the model is imported into the modeling software through segmented mode,and the usable model is imported into the virtual engine development software.Finally,in the virtual engine,the simulation process of the virtual shipyard operation is realized through programming technology,and the alarm prompt during the product carrying operation is realized through rigid body collision detection technology,so as to judge the sequencing of the operations.In addition,the functional settings such as first-person perspective control,scene switching and roaming scenes are also designed.In this paper,the virtual visualization technology is combined with the shipbuildingindustry,one of the equipment manufacturing industries,to build a three-dimensional virtual visualization shipyard.An example of its operation process effect is developed.Through the virtual engine,the shipyard environment and operation process are visually demonstrated to enterprise managers to verify the feasibility of the system.
