Ultra-large container ship is an inevitable trend in the development of today's container ships.With the continuous expansion of ship types,pipe outfitting quantity keeps increasing,which poses great challenges to the production and design technology of pipe outfitting.At present,the domestic level of 20,000 TEU container ship pipe fitting production design technology is still in a backward state compared with abroad,based on the level of 20,000 TEU container ship pipe fitting production design technology as the research object,this paper discusses the digital technology,module technology,visualization technology in the application of pipe fitting production design.In this paper,through the methods of theoretical research and project construction method,analyzes the level of 20,000 TEU container ship pipe fitting production design present situation and existing problems,this paper expounds the digital and module and visualization technology concept and theoretical basis,grade a shipbuilding enterprises in Jiangsu in 20,000 TEU container ship production design technology in practical application,and summarizes the technical achievements after application.Through the research to form the standard outfitting production and design technology,it provides the technical reserve for the future construction of larger container ships,which has a strong guiding significance.On the whole,the research on the production and design technology of 20,000 TEU container ships in China is still at the theoretical level,which is embodied in the following two aspects: First,the system and content of production and design technology need to be further improved;Second,it is necessary to combine the theoretical system of production design technology with shipbuilding production practice.This paper focuses on the following three aspects:(1)It is hoped that through to the computer aided shipbuilding TRIBON system for secondary development,optimization of integrated computer integrated data system,the organic combination of digital technology and shipbuilding practice and application,achieve highly integrated design,manufacturing,management,effectively improve the quality of pipe fitting production design and manufacturing,to meet the shipbuilding enterprises under the "short construction period,the fast rhythm" requirements for production design technology.(2)It is hoped that through study on pipe fitting module concept,establish a shipbuilding enterprise system of module design,through the pipe fitting module name in the integration and application of TRIBON,using optimization idea as a whole,the pipe fitting out project planning,balance and coordination in the production design stage,through the pipe outfitting module name the detailed application of pipeline in order to achieve further improve pre-outfitting rate.(3)It is hoped that through explore and study the implementation of visualization technology in outfitting engineering by starting with traditional outfitting production and construction drawings.Based on TRIBON,the visualization operation instruction system of production and design information is developed to tackle key problems and simulate the visualization construction technology,so as to achieve the effect of improving the efficiency of outfitting construction.
