With the vigorous promotion of China’s economic construction,the construction industry has also maintained rapid development,and gradually began to transform from a big construction country to a strong construction country.Various super-high-rise and long-span buildings are emerging,and the construction difficulty is increasing.In the extensive production mode of the traditional construction industry,the problems of blurred information expression,frequent rework and low production efficiency are becoming more and more prominent,which obviously can not meet the current needs.The introduction of building information model(BIM)has greatly improved the informatization level of the construction industry,and triggered another technological revolution in the field of engineering construction in China after CAD.BIM is a three-dimensional model based on the information of construction projects,which can simulate all the information of buildings.Visualization technology unique to BIM technology can play an important role in the implementation of the project.Based on this,this paper studies the application of BIM visualization technology in specific construction projects:Firstly,the paper analyses the development background of BIM technology and the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad,summarizes the application stages of BIM technology in some practical engineering cases,and analyses the application significance of BIM technology in practical engineering projects.Secondly,the basic theory of BIM technology and visualization technology is understood by consulting literature,and the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of several core software of BIM are summarized.According to the needs of applied research,Autodesk Revit,Guanglian BIM and other software are selected to create three-dimensional model and Autodesk Navisworks series software is used to analyze model application.Finally,taking the comprehensive building of Henan University Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Base as an example,this paper studies the application of BIM visualization technology in the project.In the design stage,Autodesk Review is used as a collaborative design platform to share design information and create different professional models.The model is loaded into Navisworks,and Clash Detective is used for collision detection to analyze and optimize the conflict location.In the construction stage,we use the BIM software of Guanglianda to arrange the three-dimensional site and plan the construction land reasonably;use Navisworks to make roaming animation to view the internal scene of the building;make the construction schedule plan in the TimeLiner module,create the progress control model,and dynamically simulate the construction progress of the project to ensure the progress of the project.In the operation stage,BIM model can be used to realize building information management.In this paper,BIM visualization technology is applied to the comprehensive building project,and the role of BIM technology in improving the quality of drawings and design efficiency,reducing construction rework,reducing project cost and improving production efficiency is discussed,so as to prove that it has certain application value and popularization significance in the design,construction and operation stages of specific projects.
