At present,the design scheme of concrete road engineering in cold areas in China is mainly to determine the pavement grade according to the requirements of the use task and the traffic condition,and to select the surface type according to the factors such as the composition of vehicle types and the volume of traffic,as well as the local natural conditions,material supply and construction conditions.Are considered in traditional design concept design and construction stage,only considered the upfront costs of road construction,has not fully considering the operating period maintenance maintenance,especially cold and vehicle loading fatigue damage to the concrete roads each year not only,also suffered natural freezethaw damage,lead to need to spend a lot of money each year to repair roads,which increases the maintenance costs,did not consider in the design of a lot of the early so found at present in our country are in urgent need of concrete road engineering life-cycle design,especially to strengthen the cold concrete road operating period of damage and maintenance strategy and maintenance cost,risk control,So that the concrete road with the minimum cost to obtain the maximum benefit.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors' research,cold concrete road degradation model is established based on test data,on the basis of the model in this paper,a depend on modern technology means damage detection methods,and put forward three different maintenance methods,according to three methods of maintenance maintenance model is deduced,and the cost model,and through the risk analysis to improve the cost model in this paper.The main research work of this paper includes the following points:1.Using our concrete freezing and thawing and the fatigue damage test data and experimental data under the mutual action of fatigue and freeze-thaw damage,the introduction of freezing and thawing damage impact factors,to characterize the damage of the freeze-thaw cycle fatigue performance of concrete,the influence of freezing and thawing and fatigue damage of concrete under the action of degradation model,using the model based on the theory of equivalent fatigue freeze-thaw cold concrete road under the function and the fatigue life prediction method,and example analysis,to verify the feasibility of this method.2.Based on the research of the time node when the concrete road in cold area needs to start maintenance and maintenance,a damage detection and assessment method sui Tab for the concrete road in cold area is proposed by using modern technology(uav camera method).Based on the existing concrete road maintenance and maintenance methods and life-span design ideas,three different life-span maintenance and maintenance strategies of concrete road in cold area are obtained by using the concrete damage degradation model established in this paper.3.Introduces three different maintenance maintenance strategy concrete road life-cycle cost theory,get three different kinds of concrete road whole-life design operating period maintenance cost model of maintenance strategy,through the examples for each of the different cost model analysis comparison,maintenance maintenance costs relatively sui Tab for the whole life design is proposed.4.In order to supplement and improve the maintenance and maintenance cost model of the full life design and operation period of the concrete road in the cold area,this article introduces risk analysis into the cost model,and through analysis and research on the possible risks of the concrete road in the cold area during the operation period,it is concluded whether it needs to be repaired Add additional risk costs(special testing costs and special maintenance costs)to the maintenance costs,and use risk analysis methods to test and verify their necessity,and propose a maintenance and maintenance cost model for the cold road concrete roads during the operation period that considers the risk costs.This paper studies the damage,maintenance and maintenance strategy,cost and risk control of concrete road in cold area during operation period,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the evaluation and decision of the maintenance and maintenance strategy during the whole life design and operation period of concrete road in north China.
