High speed rail has become a key development of transportation in China because of its advantages such as fast running speed,high punctuality rate and comfortable riding environment.At present,with the rapid development of industrial control technology,the field of high-speed rail puts forward higher requirements for the development of domestic sliding plug door control system.This project comes from the research and development project of the new high-speed railway sliding plug door control system.It aims to improve the existing sliding plug door control system and develop a domestic sliding plug door control system with higher stability,better control algorithm and market competitiveness.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure and functional requirements of the sliding plug door control system.Aiming at the sine wave gate motor with back EMF,vector control is used to replace square wave control to improve the control performance,and the overall scheme design of the sliding plug door control system is completed.Secondly,the key algorithms involved in the sliding plug door control system are studied.In view of the vector control system using Hall sensor as position sensor,the corresponding speed calculation and rotor position estimation algorithm are described.In view of the problems of large overshoot,long response time and poor anti-interference ability in the vector control system of BLDCM using PI control in speed loop,the idea of variable domain is introduced into fuzzy PI control,and a variable domain fuzzy PI control is studied Control algorithm.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PI control with variable universe can make the whole motor control system have small speed overshoot,fast dynamic response and strong anti-interference ability.Then the hardware and software design of the whole sliding plug door control system is completed according to the functional requirements.On the hardware,the hardware circuit based on stm32f407 is designed,mainly including the main control circuit,power circuit,input and output circuit,motor drive circuit and communication circuit,etc.The schematic diagram of each circuit is given,and the device selection and working principle of each circuit are introduced in detail.On the software,it is divided into door motion control The four modules of fault diagnosis,motor drive and communication are designed.The operation flow of the whole software system and the functional principle of each functional subprogram are described in detail,and the corresponding functional flow chart is designed.Finally,by building an experimental platform,the designed sliding plug door control system is tested,which is divided into two parts: no-load test of the motor and core function test of the door control system.The experimental results show that the sliding plug door control system designed in this paper has perfect functions and excellent algorithms,and has good development prospects in the field of high-speed sliding plug door control.
