After years of development,China's high-speed railway has made remarkable achievements,and with the strategy of "going out",annouced by the government,the technical requirements for high speed trains are becoming higher and higher.Sliding plug door as one of the important train system,it's asked for higher requirements on its control performance.At present,our high-speed train sliding plug door mainly depends on import,so it has great significant and practical value to develop the sliding plug door system with fully independent property rights.This paper is based on the the project about China standard EMU sliding plug door of 350KM/h.We have studied in hardware assembly and software realization of the plug door controller as per the project needs.Moreover,we improved the Brushless DC motor control plan as well.Firstly,introducing the driving motor of sliding plug door,it's a brushless DC motor with Holzer sensor.But the back EMF is quasi sine wave,so the vector control is used instead of square wave control to improve the control performance.In addtion,this paper adopts the combination of Holzer sensor and the improved sliding mode observer to estimate rotor position.Meanwhile,in order to improve the speed following characteristics,a new Sliding Mode controller is used instead of the traditional PI controller.Based on the control scheme as above,this paper process simulation verification and analyzes it's waveform under Matlab/Simulink.Secondly,according to the system functional requirements,the hardware has been designed with high performance core control chip STM32F407.Consequently,a serial of circuits have been made like EMC anti-jamming circuit?drive circuit?sampling circuit?Input output circuit and CAN communication circuit and etc.Based on hardware foundation and system function have software designed.Mainly includes: motor driver programming?new type of vehicle velocity curve programming?Obstacle detection programming and CAN communication programming and etc.Finally,the hardware circuit has been tested and debuged in the sliding plug door simulation device.After quite a few of experiments,the designed controller which mentioned in this paper can be applied to the door control properly.
