With rapid development of China’s civil aviation transportation,airline resources have been constantly opened up,and many hub airports have also been expanding.The airport ground operation faces more and more hea vy pressure by the high-density flights.The flight ground service and the capacity of ground service support show huge conflict in the relation of demand and supply.Under existing conditions in the airport,how to dynamically evaluate the capacity of gro und service support,and optimize the schedule based on the result of capacity evaluation,have a certain practical significance for making full use of ground service resources,improving efficiency of airport ground operation,reducing flight delay caused by ground service support and promoting quality of civil aviation transportation.This paper takes the system of airport ground service support as the research object,then analyzes characteristics of its operation,and studies the capacity evaluation and scheduling optimization methods of it through mathematical model,simulation technology and heuristic algorithm.Firstly,based on key characteristics,the topology model of operation area is established,and the calculation method of operation time window is determined,as well as the vehicles’ classification according to working mode.Secondly,after defining the capacity of ground service support,capacity evaluation models are constructed based on different types of support vehicles.Through historical statistics and computer simulation,the daily expected capacity and hourly peak capacity can be calculated.Based on the capacity evaluation models,the response value of support vehicles is proposed.Third,through analyzing characteristics of the scheduling problem,a scheduling optimization model is constructed.Then,improving the ant colony algorithm by response value of supporting vehicles,a scheduling optimizat ion algorithm is designed.In order to solve abnormal conditions,partial optimization strategy and global optimization strategy for the schedule are proposed.At last,taking refueling vehicles in terminal T1 of a hub airport in China as an example,the application and analysis are carried out in Python development context.The application results show that the refueling capacity of this airport is insufficient,which is consistent with the actuality,and the schedule by optimized scheduling method of ground service support can reduce flight delay caused by refueling by 56.87%,which can espec ially balance working time of refueling vehicles. |
