Along with our country aviation transport volume increased year by year, the pressure of airportground support for aircraft increases, ground support capacity shortage in large airport in Chinabecomes more and more serious. How to accurately assess the capacity for finding out capacitybottlenecks and to optimize capacity is the urgent problem to solve.In this paper, we analysis the airport ground support issues, paving the way for the work ofcapacity evaluation; we propose evaluation method to assess the dynamic capacity of groundsupport,and design the capacity evaluation system to identify bottlenecks in apron support operation;we put forward dynamic path selection method of support vehicles based on multi-Agent negotiation.The vehicle unit, information release unit and control management were classified into three kinds ofdifferent Agents, the multi-Agent negotiation process and support vehicles scheduling optimizationalgorithm were built.Finally, we use the computer simulation for support vehicles scheduling, simulation examplesshow that the use of multi-Agent negotiation optimization algorithm to solve scheduling problems ofsuppoert vehicles can do real-time scheduling, balance the working load and path time and keep theoverall efficiency at the same time.
