| Redundancy refers to all substances existing in the product that are brought into or generated from the outside and have no relation to the specified state of the product.Redundancy can cause the product to lose its prescribed function,which is one of the important reasons for the failure of launch vehicle products.With the complexity of emerging redundancy and the significant impact of redundancy on flight test,the redundancy control of launch vehicle products has become an important quality issue that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the current situation of frequent occurrence of surplus of servo cable,this paper analyzes the current situation and shortage of quality management,and studies the method of continuous improvement of product quality by applying QC group activities.QC team activities follow the working procedure of PDCA cycle.Firstly,through the analysis of the current situation,the improvement goal of "reducing the occurrence rate of servo cable residues to0" is determined,the main causes of the problems were further decomposed,and the countermeasures implementation table was developed with the method of "5W1H".Then according to the strategy table organization implementation,implementation and verification,in order to continue to modify the improvement measures.Finally,data were collected and collated again,and the results after the activity were checked through the comparison of the data to confirm the achievement of the target.In this research on the application of QC group activities,mass and initiative quality management is a more effective way.The establishment of employee feedback mechanism and the implementation of a certain employee reward system can effectively stimulate the subjective initiative of employees and actively participate in quality management.The results of the QC team can be taken as the status quo of the next quality improvement.Continuous development of the QC team can lead to continuous quality improvement,and this organizational model can also be applied to the quality management of other problems.Finally,a new quality management mechanism will be established tomake quality management more popular and lively,which is of great significance to the continuous quality improvement of enterprises. |
