In modern enterprise management,improve employee performance became the enterprise value maximization and improve enterprise core competitive position of one of the key factors and the commonly used method,but also a hot topic in the field of the current domestic and international scholars and experts focus on,the end of the 19 th century,"car" into people’s horizons,for the first time in the beginning,people in the car as a symbol of power and position,but now has become the people of the necessary traffic tools in the daily travel,as people more and more deeply,and understanding of auto car demand has also been gradually expanded,early,because the car the traditional marketing way has many practical advantages,It is widely spread in China,such as the rational use of social funds,market planning,high brand image and guarantee of consumer interests.However,due to the rapid pace of development,the competition for market share also comes with pressure.Poor management,improper execution,lack of human resources and other shortcomings are also shown in the major companies.The auto market dropped sharply in 2004,and the financial crisis had a great impact on the capital market in 2008.All these changes made major dealers suffer heavy losses in investing in auto companies.A large number of investors with insufficient funds began to retreat,and most of the companies have not been profitable or losing money due to market or operation and management problems.In recent years,in the fierce competitive environment,sales of the company’s marketing team performance management began to emerge,have been unable to meet the needs of the current car company marketing development,the construction of the marketing team,the team’s performance optimization and improvement of part of the team management focus on the present company,how to strengthen the marketing team performance management,improve the incentive effect,the focus of the enhance the level of enterprise marketing.Taking Jiaxing Porsche car company as an example,through the observation of the marketing team in Jiaxing Porsche cars and field visits,and through the questionnaire and interview for the current marketing team performance management in Jiaxing Porsche cars in the understanding of the challenges faced by and induction,system analysis,and its performance evaluation scheme for the problems existing in the performance management of the marketing team has made the further analysis and research,find out the performance management problems and deficiencies,such as the goal of performance management is not clear,performance management system is not sound,lack of communication,lack of scientific assessment index,the process is not perfect,Interactivity is not enough,as the foundation,proposed based on the core concept of the balanced scorecard,evaluation in dices were determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and through the optimization performance results feedback to optimize the performance management system improvements,reconstruct the concept of marketing team performance management,learning from financial,market,internal management,and growth four aspects to set up the performance management,assessment index to establish marketing team performance management and optimization of the closed-loop feedback,and puts forward schemes and measures for its implementation,performance appraisal and the performance of the design team management mechanism,the analysis of the new performance management could save resistance and difficulties,and puts forward protection measures,Give full play to the role of performance management in the marketing team,mobilize the enthusiasm of team members,tap the potential of staff,motivate the internal development motivation of staff,show the complementary advantages of team capabilities,and combine staff goals with enterprise goals to achieve the continuous optimization and development of marketing team performance management.
