The "project, quality first", to ensure and improve the quality of building construction isthe eternal theme of the construction industry. Construction quality is not only related to thesafety of the survival and development of enterprises and people’s life and property, but alsoto the healthy and stable development of China’s construction industry. From the overallsituation and mode of domestic and foreign architectural engineering quality managementpoint of view, China’s construction engineering quality management, is to a great extent bringforth the new through the old in the follow the example of Europe and Japan and othercountries on the mode of. In recent years, along with the related laws and regulations ofconstruction project in our country and perfect, China’s construction engineering qualitymanagement gradually improved, but there are still a heavy schedule, cost management,quality management on light; quality of civil construction, ignore the quality functions andfacilities and equipment; emphasis on surface quality, ignore the hidden quality; emphasis onquality management of construction the site, which needs to solve ignore process beforemanagement problems. Therefore, research on how to solve these problems and innovation ofconstruction engineering quality management work has a broad and profound practicalsignificance.This paper first introduces the basic theory of quality management: management of threedistinct stages of quality management development process and quality; five major factorsinfluencing construction quality; quality improvement and upgrading the PDCA theory andthe statistical (or seven) tools and reasonable type (new seven) and other major qualitymanagement tools.Then points out and analyzes the problems existing in the present construction qualitymanagement of construction projects in china. For example, the construction quality and legalconsciousness weak management and technical personnel, subcontractors selection andmostly to hosting package, material quality control is lax, quality problems occur repeatedly,quality evaluation method has the defect. And then put forward countermeasures to improveconstruction quality management problems. One is to improve the quality consciousness andtechnical personnel of construction management, two is the application of fuzzy linearprogramming method to establish the subcontractor selection model, through mathematicalobjective evaluation index to replace the supervisor experience mode, subcontract unit wasoptimized, three is on the material quality control basis, control, test content, test method thesystem control, four is to set up quality control point effectively, five is the science to establish QC group, improving the construction quality, the six is the establishment ofmathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Engineering quality.Finally, through the above construction quality management problems andCountermeasures in the application of the improved SG group office building projectconstruction, to verify the improvement measures for the good effect to improve theconstruction quality of the.In addition, the research is summarized and suggestions, put forward the future directionand ideas for further research.
