To strengthen the schedule management and to complete the nuclear power project construction on time and ensure to realize the fuel load is a critical target for nuclear power project management.The mechanical module is on the critical path of the Haiyang nuclear project construction.So as the EPC contractor to control schedule of mechanical modules in better management level is very critical to complete Haiyang nuclear project construction on target time.The article regarded the mechanical modules in Haiyang nuclear power project as the studying object from the EPC contractor's position,employed the literature research method for master the research status about the project management,modularization construction and schedule control of nuclear power project.Combined the project management theory and Haiyang nuclear power project schedule control practice on mechanical modules,and integrate the features of the Haiyang nuclear power project,analyzed the problems in mechanical modules schedule control with the statistical analysis method,and raised the improvement plan to schedule control of Haiyang project mechanical modules.At the last select the module Q601 as the specified objects to verify the results of the improvement.Aimed at the progress-control process of mechanical modules in Haiyang nuclear power project,deeply analyzed the mechanical module and schedule control characteristics in nuclear power project,raised the schedule control management status and problems,research and analysis the key factors that impact mechanical modules schedule progress and problems in mechanical modules schedule control.Mainly research the plan design of Haiyang project mechanical modules schedule control improve from three sides: the plan design,schedule performance evaluation method improvement design and the schedule adjustment system process design.Raised the improve measures to schedule system control of Haiyang project mechanical modules schedule,and verified to the validity of the improvement plan and schedule control improve measures through the real schedule control of the module Q601 in the background of Haiyang nuclear power project.The study of Haiyang nuclear power mechanical modules construction schedule control can improve the SNPEC's project management level of mechanical modules and help to enhance enterprise competitiveness.The research results could be used for reference in modular construction and schedule control of the follow–up AP1000 nuclear power project.
