Nowadays,with the vigorous development of clean energy in our country,nuclear power,as efficient and clean energy,has the irreplaceable advantages compared to other clean energy.Therefore,nuclear power will take the leading position in the future energy structure.However,the factors of long construction cycle,huge capital investment and wide interface of nuclear power lead to greater risks in the implementation of project,and it is necessary to manage the schedule risk of project effectively in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of projects.Learning from the experience of nuclear power construction at home and abroad,it is concluded that the risks for nuclear power projects are basically same.However,due to different project environments,the impact of the same risk is different on different projects,so it is necessary to evaluate the level of risk factors that will affect project schedule.Based on Haiyang Nuclear Power Project,this thesis discussed the main problems in the project schedule risk management under the company's present management policy from eight professional fields: planning,safety,commerce,design,procurement,construction,supervision and other unpredictable fields,and then analyzed the reasons that caused these problemsThrough the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),this paper analyzed the problems existed in the schedule risk management of Haiyang project to improve the risk management.Firstly,the paper compiled the project schedule risk list and identified the main risk factors affecting the schedule of Haiyang Phase II project by use of the Delphi method,and worked out the three-level index system accordingly.Secondly,it establishe d the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model,built the judgment matrix,and checked the consistency of the judgment matrix.Finally,it took the indicators of all levels in the index system into the model,and obtained the corresponding weights of the indicators as well as the first level indicators.According to the division of the weights,it confirmed the 10 major risk factors in the management of project schedule which mainly existed in five fields.The thesis put forward the control measures for the 10 major risk factors from the five fields,and integrated them into the company's project schedule management,which achieved good practical results and thus guaranteed a good risk management for project schedule.The research results of this thesis have certain referential significance on schedule risk management for the follow-up nuclear power projects.
