With the rapid increase of cars and traffic in urban area,traffic difficulties and parking difficulties have become a problem in many big cities,especially in mega-cities.Application of IT technologies in parking management will improve efficiency of parking lot,and reduce traffic caused by looking for parking lot.From 1970's,Germany and other advanced countries applied IT technologies such as parking guide,but traditional management systems have low efficiency,bad scalablilty and few service.Various IT technologies such as B/S architecture,internet,mobile client,mobile payment,as well as Internet of things technologies such as image sensor,image and video recognition,ground inductance coil and Wi Fi positioning,short distance wireless communication,ad hoc networks were implemented in parking lot management system to improve management effciency and resource ulitization performance.Parking management systems become more intelligent,more convenient,and easy-to-use.This article investigate and analyze current parking management systems,analyze target user's resource management requirement,user service,resonse time,positioning pricision,etc.,analyze Io T technologies such as vehicle license plate recognition,short distance wireless communication,ad hoc networks,position sensor and positioning.The article proceed system framework design,network framework design,feature design,database design and data sheet structure design based on requirement analysis.We use mature B/S framework,My SQL database to develop resource management modules for user resource information,site resource information,and devices resource information's add,delete,check and instead,generate report tables.User service modules to provide various service such as subscribe parking lot,path planning and navigation,charging.Articel analyzes parking space navigation solutions,advantages and disadvantages of various positioning technologies,chose fingerprint positioning solution according to application scene and business requirements.Indoor positioning and navigation modules use Wi Fi fingerprint positioning technology and WKNN algorithm,provide positioning,navigation,car searching service in underground car park,provide optimal path and payment method according to user's order.APP client on mobile phone is developed with MVC modeled development framework,offer user management,parking,car searching,Wifi positioning and navigation,charging service.Communication interface is based on HTTP protocol,provide data interchange between resource management modules on server and client on mobile phones.This system can dectet the arrival and dapart of vehicle,use positioning algorithm to provide optimal path according to car's position,and recommend the best payment pattern according to user's type.The system realize unattended operation in the whole service process and primary intelligent service.We test the system including functional test and application performance test,and prove that the system based Io T has prospective performance,fast response,user friendship,good precision for vehicle navigation.The system was implemented in Wuhan,improve management performance and resource efficiency,provide convenience for users.The system was scalable for different parking facilities and new features.
