To alleviate difficult parking,various large-scale parking lots have been built in China.With the increasing scale of parking,it is difficult for people to find a suitable parking space quickly,which wasting a lot of time and dropping the utilization efficiency of parking lots.Therefore,how to improve the utilization rate of parking space,the intelligence level of the parking lot and the parking experience of people is an urgent problem to be solved.Facing the problems above,Parking Space Recommendation and Navigation on Bluetooth Wireless Positioning for Large Scale Indoor Parking Lots is designed.Conducting a site visit to large indoor parking lots in Wuhan to understand its architectural features,clarify the necessity of system design.Analyzing parking data from parking flow,parking duration and parking frequency,determine the goals and requirements of system,algorithm design and the overall system architecture.The system function are divided into five modules: 3D map,Bluetooth positioning,parking space recommendation,route planning and audio navigating.According to the features of parking lots construction,process the map by grid and establish the basic road network information to improve the intelligence level of the parking lots.In the process of establishment of the offline fingerprint database,Bluetooth signal is sampled by grid,and the disturbance of signal is solved by using Gaussian filtering.Regarding real-time requirements,high-precision positioning is efficiently achieved based on the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm.From the perspective of users and managers,analyze the factors affecting the selection of parking spaces,and determine the evaluation system of parking space recommendation schemes.Facing multi-car and multi-parking space scenarios,recommend parking spaces based on multi-attribute decision-making and use TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)to solve the problem of parking space competition,quickly and reasonably.Taking it as a reference that the large parking building of Tongji Hospital(Optical Valley Campus)affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,the 3D model,basic road network and parking space information of the parking lots are established,and the 3D map and parking space status display and Bluetooth positioning,parking space recommendation and selection,route planning and audio navigating are realized.By deploying Bluetooth nodes for testing,the experimental results show that the Bluetooth positioning algorithm has a better positioning effect than other common algorithms in this scenario.Facing multi-vehicle and multi-parking-spaces scenarios,the recommendation of parking spaces can be proposed in time,meeting the real-time requirements of the system and giving reasonable parking space recommendation plans.
