In recent years,the exploitation of mineral resources in China has been intensified.However,most of the roads in the mining area are designed and constructed according to the general grade.Under the long-term action of heavy vehicles,the pavement diseases are more serious.In order to meet the dem and of reconstruction technology for pavement diseases under heavy traffic,this paper analyzes the structural failure and reconstruction scheme of pavement in Tai'an area which is rich in mineral resources.This paper collects the pavement structure and its application,and summarizes the successful and failed experience of pavement structure application abroad.The influence factors of pavement performance are also analyzed.Through in-depth investigation of the pavement structure types,construction mate rials and technology,and the causes of pavement damage in Tai'an's class ? and class ? highway,it lays the foundation for the research of typical pavement structure.Based on factors such as natural environment,axle load,building material performance an d construction technology the typical pavement structures of class ? and class ? highway in highway reconstruction projects are proposed.For the asphalt pavement structures in highway reconstructive projects,the traffic level and the base strength level are divided based on the sensitivity analysis.After calculation,typical structures of semi-rigid base,composite base and flexible base asphalt pavement are proposed respectively.Asphalt bed bottom tensile strain,base bed bottom tensile stress and shear stress were selected to check the effect of three typical pavement structures.Under the condition that the surface layer and base layer are the most unfavorable interlayer bonding state,the tensile strain,tensile stress and shear stress of each pavement structure layer under the standard axle load of 100 k N and the heavy-duty action of 130 k N can meet the heavy-duty traffic and specification requirements,which can effectively improve the traffic performance and service life of the pavement.In view of the cement pavement structure in the highway reconstruction project,the design method and principle of the typical structure of the cement pavement are analyzed,and the traffic level and the base strength level are divided.Then,different types of cement pavement and their application conditions are put forward.The internal experiment method was used to determine the relationship between the thickness of subgrade and cushion and the modulus of soil foundation.The structural layer material and thickness were designed and typical cement pavement structure in cement pavement reconstruction project is given,according to the current Specification of cement concrete pavement.design for highway.According to the design principle of overlay,typical structures of cement concrete overlay,separated cement concrete overlay and composite cement concrete overlay on asphalt pavement are proposed.
