In the recent ten years,the freeway construction of our country is compelling.The total lengths has exceeded 30 thousand kilometers,taking the 2nd place in the world.But the situation of some high-grade highway is not good,some has serious distresses which slows down the viechle,and need to be reconstructed.Considering the growing tasks of high-grade highway rebuilding,it is signifcant to do some deep research on overall evaluation of pavement condition,traffic prediction of reconstructed highway and mechanism of rubblization.Advanced math theory and finite element method focuses on these key technologies, integrated estimate of pavement, traffic prediction of reconstructed highway, mechanism of rubblization and the structure strength principle after rubblization are used in this paper.Firstly, typical distress and the main causes of distress are analyzed in this paper, basing on the investigatation of the service and rebuiding situation of high-class highway in Henan and Shandong province.Then, an overall evaluation mode of pavement is established basing on the gray theory. Both the strengh and the performance of the pavement is considered in the mode, and it is confirmed by the data from the investigation.Secondly, many traffic volume data of highways in Henan and Shangdong are collected.And a growing curve prediction model of Highway traffic volume after reconstruction is established in this paper according to the induced traffic characters of lagging, potentiality and limitation.The model has much superiority in accuracy comparing to the traditional prediction method using average growth rate.Thirdly,in the research on rubblization mechanism of old PCC slab, rubblization mechanism is qualitatively analyzed using wave theory.Then,the mechanism reaction of the PCC slab under rubblization is calculated in this paper, and it is proved that the sub-grade and foundation is not disturbed much by rubblization.At last, the structure after rubblization is divided in the paper.And also the strength source is analyzed qualitatively, then a FEA mode is established to calculate and analyse the strength factor after rubblization, the strength performance of AC overlay on the rubblized structure and that under different rubblization effect.The mechanical principle of rubblized structure is explained through these analysis in this paper.
