Summarize the experience and shortage of long-life pavement at home and abroad, analyze overload phenomena which is widespread at home. because of the inherent lack of asphalt pavement concrete, Lead to early destruction of road surface, based on above things, proposed to research on typical structure of long-life pavement contrary to heavy traffic ordinary road (mainly secondary road) reasonablely.This subject has certain theoretical meaning and engineering application valueThis article mainly Include as follows:(1) For ordinary roads by heavy traffic, Propose A+P+A (flexible+rigid+flexible) composite (PCC+AC) typical pavement structure;(2) Determine the cumulative axle load traffic in saturation traffic design life by the method of calculation of saturation traffic (This article discusses the long-life pavement design life of 40 years);(3) Fully discusses the expected function of each layer in the typical structure, do a preliminary study on the selection and parameter of materials of the layers;(4) Analyze shear stress conditions of the AC and PCC layer in detail, provide a reliable theoretical basis for research, design and application between layers of materials;(5)Based on the mechanical analysis of the definition of overload traffic and more mature PCC+AC pavement, according to the design parameters of each layer (thickness, modulus, etc.) the relevant theory of the sensitivity, research the reference value range of design parameter values. design the the combination thickness of typical structure.
