Research On Improvement Of Security Check Project Of Technical Reform In Harbiin Airport Terminal Building

With the rapid increasing of person's travel distance,more and more individuals choose the airplane.Under the background of aircraft passenger traffic that is continuing to expand,the pressure of the security check for passengers is also increasing.As one of the busiest airport,Harbin Airport undertakes more and more passengers,and needs more strict security check.Especially,when the airport starts to use the new terminal building,more and more problems occurs in the airport security project,such as low passing rate for safety inspection,low satisfaction from passengers to security service.To some extent,these problems limit airport security efficiency.Thus,to perfect the security project of Harbin Airport and solve the current obstacles,this paper researches the system problems of Harbin Airport.In this research,the author uses some management theories,such as system theory,evolution theory,control theory.And this paper also uses some research methods,such as literature combing method,factor analysis method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method.Firstly,the paper analysis some influence factors on the Harbin Airport security check project,such as human resources factor,core technical factors,money factors and management factors.Secondly,based on the introduction of Harbin Airport security check project,this paper points out some problems,including the safety security level of security check needs to be improved,the passing rate of security check being relatively low,and passengers' low satisfaction with security inspection services.And the paper also finds the reasons of the problems.Furthermore,the paper designs some plans to solve the above problems,including promoting the security check protection level,increasing the passing rate of the security check and enlarging the satisfaction of passengers on the security check service.At last,the paper proposes some safeguards for plans implementation,such as increasing the training of airport security personnel,strengthening capital investment in airport security inspection projects,improving the corporate culture of the airport,and improving airport security equipment and equipment.
