Research On Guarantee Rate Of Mechanical And Electrical Especial Equipment Inspection

In this paper,the risk involved in people's lives and property safety,large mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment in the third party inspection reliability and the main problems of government safety regulation related work,through the analysis of the mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment inspection in the main steps of quality,cost,schedule reliability and influence factors,and estimate the corresponding weight proportion,using hierarchical analysis method,established the corresponding evaluation index system.In this paper,on the elevator,lifting machinery,large amusement facilities inspection as a case,the mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment inspection of quality,cost,schedule reliability corresponding evaluation index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify to comprehensive evaluation of mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment inspection reliability degree,is obtained by qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the typical research achievements of special equipment inspection reliability degree in mechanical or electrical.This paper has some theoretical guidance,practical and reference value for the improvement inspection of special equipment inspection institutions.This article also according to the mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment safety supervision of relevant laws and administrative regulations,and in this paper,the mechanical and electrical current kind of special equipment inspection reliability research,analysis of the mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment inspection and the corresponding safety supervision of the status quo,the main problems,and the corresponding solution countermeasures put forward its own views and opinions.By this paper can make the mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment supervision,use,production and inspection units more clear their responsibility and take effective measures,through the joint efforts to improve inspection reliability force,in order to further improve the level and to ensure the safety of mechanical and electrical kind of special equipment to provide favorable conditions.
