The application of glass curtain wall in cold areas has been controversial.It provides people with visual and sensory enjoyment,but also brings about indoor thermal environment and energy consumption problems.Transparent envelopes generally have high spectral transmittance and low thermal resistance.They have selective transmittance to short-wave and long-wave radiation of sunlight.Selective transmittance makes the heat transfer process of indoor and outdoor environment through transparent envelopes more complex.Taking Harbin as an example,this paper studies the comprehensive design parameters of glass curtain wall from four aspects: thermal performance of glass curtain wall itself,indoor thermal environment,indoor natural lighting and building energy consumption.First of all,through field investigation and field test,the color,construction form and window wall ratio of glass curtain wall of existing public buildings in Harbin are statistically analyzed.Select a building with a typical window to wall ratio of 1,test the indoor thermal environment and natural lighting conditions of its glass curtain wall room and common window room,and obtain the real and effective data.Based on this,combined with the voting results of crowd comfort under this condition,take the common teaching room as the control group,analyze the impact of glass curtain wall on the indoor thermal environment and natural lighting in the cold area,and measure the impact of glass curtain wall on the indoor thermal environment and natural lighting The experimental results provide boundary conditions for CFD simulation.Then,through the performance simulation software of WINDOW and THERM,taking the selection and construction of glass profiles as the starting point,the thermal performance and lighting performance of the glass curtain wall system are simulated and analyzed.Based on the analysis of the indoor thermal environment of a glass curtain wall building in Harbin by Flo VENT of CFD simulation software,the indoor air temperature field and average radiation temperature field are obtained.On this basis,the influence of glass type,orientation and other factors on the above results is further analyzed.The advantages and problems of the glass curtain wall can be clearly presented through the distribution of the indoor natural lighting illuminance in the whole day under the condition of different window wall ratio,which provides a reference for the evaluation of the indoor light environment of the glass curtain wall in the future.Finally,the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning and lighting of glass curtain wall buildings under the influence of single factor is calculated by using Energy Plus 8.8.0,and the influence law of thermal and optical parameters of glass curtain wall and the design of window to wall ratio on building energy consumption is analyzed.The comprehensive energy consumption of buildings under the combination of multiple parameters is simulated by orthogonal test,and the design parameters on buildings are calculated based on the orthogonal analysis method Significance of energy consumption impact.The results show that the window wall ratio has the most significant effect on energy consumption,followed by solar heat gain coefficient,heat transfer coefficient and visible light transmittance.For the energy-saving design of indoor comprehensive energy consumption of glass curtain wall in severe cold area,the first consideration should be to reduce the window wall ratio,followed by the solar heat gain coefficient of glass curtain wall,and the visible light transmittance has little impact on the annual comprehensive energy consumption of glass curtain wall.The research results of this paper have important reference value for the design of glass curtain wall in severe cold area.
