With the continuous development of satellite technology,the functions and missions of satellites have become more and more complex,and the data processing capacity of satellites has also become larger.Satellite integrated electronic system is a system to realize internal data management and information processing of satellites.Therefore,in the current satellite field,integrated electronic systems must have good performance while ensuring high reliability.Although the aerospace-grade devices used in traditional integrated electronic systems have high radiation resistance,their computing power is difficult to meet the above requirements.In recent years,as COTS(Commercial-Off-The-Shelf)devices have become more widely used in satellites,they have provided new ways to solve the above problems.Therefore,this subject will study the design method of high reliability and high performance satellite integrated electronic system based on COTS device.The main research contents are as follows:Aiming at the research and development needs of low-cost,high-performance and high-reliability for satellite integrated electronic systems,an array integrated electronic system architecture based on COTS devices is designed,which is suitable for low-orbit small satellite applications.The system takes "1 interface control unit + 4 calculation units" as the core of the system,and also includes two data buses and power supply circuits.As the control core of the system,the interface control unit can control the data interaction mode and operation mode of the system and has functions such as task allocation,fault detection,and power management.As the computing core of the system,the computing unit can perform highly reliable redundant computing or high-performance parallel computing according to task allocation.In view of the high reliability requirements of satellite integrated electronic systems,this subject studies the reliability enhancement technology of on-orbit computing,designs a hybrid redundant fault-tolerant structure of a three-mode redundant voting system and a backup machine,and studies the technical process of data arbitration,fault detection and fault reconstruction.In response to the high performance requirements of integrated electronic systems,this subject studies parallel computing technology based on processor arrays,and designs two parallel processing structures,as well as two parallel processing modes of simultaneous multitasking and single task processing.This subject designs and develops a principle prototype of array integrated electronic system based on COTS devices,and introduces the schematic design and component selection of each functional module of the system in detail.The principle prototype adopts modular hardware structure design and is divided into three parts: the core board of the computing unit,the bottom board,and the interface debugging board.Finally,a test platform was built on the principle prototype to test the basic hardware functions of the principle prototype,as well as the CAN bus function and the transmission performance of the high-speed data path.The reliability enhancement technology and high-performance parallel processing technology for on-orbit computing were simply tested and verified.The calculation performance of array integrated electronic system based on COTS device can reach up to 7980 MIPS and the reliability index can reach 0.975,which meet the system’s requirements for reliability and processing performance.
