| The location of bus stops is an important part of the planning of urban bus stop lines.Methods and results of location have a great impact on the operation of bus lines.As a new public transit,flexible transit can improve the accessibility of public transit lines and meet the travel demands of passengers in different regions while reducing operating costs.It is a good supplement to conventional public transit.However,there are relatively few studies on flexible transit in China.Generally,only the demand response stops or route planning are studied.In this paper,the passenger travel demands of multi-source data mining of public transit are used as the basis to study the location methods of conventional fixed stops and demand response stops of flexible transit.First,the main influencing factors of flexible transit operation are analyzed to design an interactive mode between flexible transit operation and passengers.Secondly,using the IC card data and Automatic Vehicle Location(AVL)data,using time matching and location attraction right method to mine the number of passengers at each stop to obtain the passenger flow of each stop.Then,according to the characteristics of flexible transit operation,a conventional fixed stops location method based on improved K-means clustering is proposed,the passenger flow at each stop is introduced to modify its weight,and the conventional fixed stops location coordinates are obtained by recalculating the clustering center.After that,on the basis of conventional fixed stops location,considering the interests of public transport companies,passengers and society,the model is established with the lowest total cost of the system as the optimization objective.The optimal location area is obtained by genetic algorithm,and the results are accumulated to solve the accidental problem.Coordinates and passenger flow of the existing public transit stops in the selected location area are screened and counted,and the demand response station is obtained by clustering method.Finally,using the multi-source data of public transit in Weihai City for example analysis to verify the applicability and scientificity of the proposed location method in this paper.The results show that,without reducing the service level,the average operation time of the flexible transit is 61% lower than that of conventional bus,37% lower than that of express bus,the average cost is 8% lower than that of conventional bus and 3% lower than that of express bus.The flexible transit stops location method based on multi-source data proposed in this paper is scientific and reasonable,and has high applicability.It has important theoretical and practical significance for solving the public transit service in low-density areas,improving the attractiveness of public transit,alleviating urban traffic congestion,and building low-carbon urban traffic. |
