Urban Historical Park is a dynamic urban heritage that carries many historical events and collective memories. It has important cultural, recreational, educational and aesthetic values for its protection and renewal. This paper selects the first park, the Qiqihar Longsha Park, which was run by the Qing government under the infiltration of Japanese and Russian forces. It is a research object, and combs the five historical stages of the park.Based on the cognitive map,it summarizes the collective memory of Longsha Park.Based on the distribution characteristics of space and activity, the Delphi method is used to judge the historical value of park space nodes. Finally, the matrix is used to analyze the relationship between the two,and the overall protection strategy of historical value and the adaptive update strategy of collective memory are proposed.First of all,the paper collects relevant historical materials, including newspapers, local and historical materials, biographies, local books, etc.,compares the plans and historical photos of each period, sorts out the historical changes of Longsha Park, and divides them into the early stage of the Qing Dynasty.Five periods of the Republic of China’s repair period, the colonial damage period, the new China expansion period, and the new century integration period. Then, according to the characteristics of the changes of the times and the plan of each period, the external performance is combed from the aspects of space and function, and the spatial distribution of each stage, the mountainshaped water system, the ancient trees, the landmark buildings, the garden products, the functional facilities and other spaces are analyzed. The process of factor change, summarizing the main characteristics of social activities such as political activities, festivals, exhibitions, leisure activities, etc.at various stages of the park, coupling analysis of park space-function changes, and exploring the distribution characteristics of the time, that is,jubilant nodes, trying to Demonstrate the changing characteristics of history in space and activity. Finally, based on cognitive maps, the spatial distribution characteristics and activity distribution characteristics of collective memory are analyzed. The historical value and collective memory are coupled and analyzed. It is found that the historical value of the park and the collective memory are closely related to the park history and public participation. There is a nonlinear relationship between them. The historical value and the score of collective memory are analyzed by the binary matrix quadrant according to the high and low,and four spatial types are obtained.Combined with the events and memories generated by the spatial nodes,a targeted protection update strategy is proposed. In summary, after Qiqihar was named as a historical and cultural city,it has successively issued a series of protection and development policies for Longsha Park, and made efforts to build it into the bearing place of Qiqihar city image and memory engineering. The paper aligns the history of Qihar Longsha Park for a hundred years.Through the interpretation of the background and general situation of the transformation, the characteristics of the change are analyzed, the historical value is judged, the historical value of the park and the difference of the collective memory are discussed, and the protection and renewal strategy for Longsha Park is proposed.Enrich the historical and theoretical research results of modern urban parks in Northeast China, and provide new ideas for the development of urban historical parks in the new era.At the same time, reshaping the spirit of the Longsha Park site has important social and economic significance for the construction of Qiqihar’s beautiful historical and cultural city.
