Study On Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Theme Park Of Baita Railway Station Under Collective Memory

China’s railway industry has a history of one hundred years,and the unique railway culture has multiple values.However,under the influence of many factors,these sites containing collective memory have not been scientifically protected and utilized,and the long-accumulated historical landscape has been destroyed and abandoned,resulting in cultural loss and "amnesia" phenomenon.In the protection and utilization of railway cultural heritage in western Inner Mongolia,many sites and facilities have been abandoned,and part of the protection remains in the mode of static museum and exhibition hall,but the image is similar,lacking of cultural characteristics and identification.In this paper,the site of Baita Railway Station in Hohhot is selected as the theme park landscape reconstruction design research object to enhance the site perception,recognition and cultural identity of The Baita Railway station in Hohhot,show its unique cultural characteristics,and awaken people’s memory.Through the combination of collective memory theory and landscape reconstruction design,the original historical appearance can be restored more effectively,accurately and truly.Excavates the memory elements of Baita Railway Station,reproduces the geographical landscape,man-made landscape,historical deeds and character activities,fully considers the adaptability of historical remains,and recreates and arouses memories through the reconstruction design of material carriers.Through literature review,field investigation,case analysis and so on carries on the theoretical research,put forward reasonable design strategy,meet the common needs of different groups,construct a pluralistic cultural memory,people become the spiritual and cultural memory expansion,maintainer,Culture is perpetuated,emotion is perpetuated,spirit is perpetuated.
