Generally,the development of missile automatic test equipment depends on the progress of missile development,and it needs to use expensive missiles to verify the test equipment.The general simulator used in the development of missile automatic test system can verify the automatic test equipment before the completion of missile development,and can simulate various faults to realize the comprehensive assessment of missile automatic test.The development of this general simulator has important application value.According to the requirements of general simulator,this paper designs the overall scheme.In terms of hardware design,according to the induction of missile interface signal types,eight interface PXI bus modules are selected to simulate missile interface resources,and a special test interface is designed.In software development,the H-JTP platform developed by the measurement and Control Institute of Harbin University of technology is used to develop simulator software,which encapsulates eight PXI bus module components to enable the H-JTP platform to control the hardware interface;to design incentive response components to simulate missile behavior;to design data processing components to calculate data;to design fault injection components to simulate missile failure;to design network interface components to control communication Using the instrument.The components interact with each other through H-JTP platform middleware.On the H-JTP platform,PXI bus modules,excitation response module,data processing module and fault injection module are used to build the simulator software system.When this simulator is used,it is completely free of programming.By changing the configuration of the excitation response component,the behavior of different types of missiles can be simulated,and the universality of the simulator can be realized.Through the configuration of fault injection components to simulate different missile faults,the flexibility of the simulator is realized.The simulator is universal,flexible and programming free.Finally,the simulation test equipment and the simulation hardware board are developed on the computer.The simulation results show that the general simulator runs stably and meets the design requirements.
