With the further advancement of the smart grid strategy and the concept of the ubiquitous electric power Internet of Things,Cloud-IoT information technologies such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing have been widely used in the power grid.A large number of IoT smart terminals are deployed in various links of the power grid, which can more effectively collect multi-dimensional data for the grid infrastructure. But it also brings new problems. The sensitive data and private data contained in this type of data are vulnerable to malicious destruction and illegal access by attackers, leading to the leakage of sensitive information of the power grid and the privacy of users. In this paper, from the perspective of fine-grained access control of data and tight aggregation of multi-dimensional data, the research on cloud IoT data security and privacy protection in smart grids is conducted. The specific work of the paper is as follows:First,a multi-authority center ciphertext policy attribute encrypted access control method with attribute revocation is proposed.Firstly, the access structure is determined according to the relevant definition of access control, and the security model of the access control method is established according to the security requirements. Then, based on the access structure,an attribute-based access control model for ciphertext policies is established, and then a multi-authority center ciphertext policy attribute encryption access control method with attribute revocation is proposed. In this method,a multi-attribute authority is introduced to generate a key to resist user collusion attacks, and a portion of the decryption is delegated to a proxy server to reduce the computational cost.In addition, user revocation and attribute revocation updates are used to improve the system's flexibility. Finally, based on the security model, the security of this method is proved by Diffie-Hellman hypothesis, and the effectiveness of this method is verified by numerical analysis and experimental comparison.Second,a privacy protection scheme of multi-dimensional data aggregation and access control for Cloud-IoT on the smart grid demand side is proposed.According to the multi-dimensionality of data and the compactness of aggregation,an EBGN(Extended Boneh-Goh-Nissim)homomorphic encryption algorithm was introduced to aggregate the multi-dimensional data, and an EBGN algorithm model was established.Based on this, combined with the access control method of this paper,a cloud Internet of things privacy protection scheme based on multidimensional data aggregation and access control is proposed. The EBGN algorithm is used to encrypt multi-dimensional data and aggregate it into a ciphertext, simplifying the complexity of operations, and protecting the privacy and security of multi-dimensional data.Through the access control method of this article,fine-grained access control of multi-dimensional data is achieved to improve the security of access control. In addition,by regenerating the relevant parameters of the EBGN private key and the ciphertext policy attribute encryption algorithm, the access rights can be flexibly and securely updated. Finally,a security analysis is performed on the basis of security requirements, and experimental comparisons are made in terms of computational cost and communication overhead. The results show that the scheme is a safe and effective privacy protection scheme.
