As a new generation of power system, smart grid has the characteristics of two-way communication, high reliability and real-time demand response.Compared with the common power grid, the smart grid collects data intervals shorter, and can obtain real-time power consumption information of users, which can be used to implement energy prediction, scheduling,or push personalized services to users. However, electricity consumption will indirectly reflect the user's behavior. If it is used by criminals,it will bring losses to the user and cause great harm.In addition, false information may be injected to threaten the smart grid. Therefore,it is necessary to design a privacy protection scheme, which can collect user electricity data for data analysis and avoid leakage of user power information. In this paper, the following schemes are proposed for the problem that frequent data collection will increase the possibility of user's electricity information leakage:A data aggregation privacy protection scheme based on B-G-N is implemented to realize the privacy protection of smart meters. This scheme uses B-G-N encryption technology to encrypt user power data, preventing illegal elements from stealing user power information, resulting in user privacy leakage. The virtual aggregation area is introduced to verify the identity of the meter, preventing the criminals from using the meter to send false power information to the grid, which affects the grid supply. At the same time,a post-check was designed to verify whether the meter in the area was verified. The solution deals with one-dimensional electricity consumption data. The control center obtains the total amount of electricity used by the user, and cannot obtain the specific power consumption of each user, thereby protecting the user's electricity usage privacy.Through security analysis and experiments, the solution meets the security requirements and has higher computing performance. For most existing data aggregation privacy protection schemes, only one-dimensional data can be processed, and the user's electricity consumption data is often multi-dimensional,and the control center needs to know the situation of each dimension of power consumption in order to analyze the user's power consumption in detail.A data aggregation privacy protection scheme based on multidimensional data is presented. The scheme uses the Paillier encryption system to encrypt the user's electricity data. The aggregator uses the batch verification mechanism to verify the user's identity. The security analysis proves that the scheme can resist the two attacks in the attack model. In terms of functions, the control center in the solution can obtain not only the total power consumption of the user but also the total amount of data used by each user for each dimension, and then perform fine-grained analysis.Aiming at the problem that most multi-dimensional data aggregation privacy protection schemes can't be analyzed more finely,a data aggregation privacy protection scheme based on multi-dimensional multi-subset is presented.Based on the multi-dimensional data aggregation privacy protection scheme, the scheme will be used.According to the power consumption is divided into multiple subsets, the control center can not only obtain the total amount of electricity used by the user, but also the total number of users of each dimension and the number of users in each subset, and then perform finer-grained analysis.
