With the rapid development of emerging technologies,along with the continuous development of such new energy technologies as solar energy,wind energy and geothermal energy,the energy crisis has been alleviated to a certain extent.The electrical energy generated by these clean energy sources cannot be directly connected to the power grid due to the large harmonic content,and it can only be injected into the power grid through the inverter system.In order to make the power quality safer and more reliable,due to the high-frequency development trend of modern power electronics technology,the miniaturization of switching power supply is paid more attention in many fields,which is mainly applied in information interaction system,industrial control system,aerospace and other power electronic equipment in great demand.The ability to gather similar and complementary functions into a single power electronic device drives the development of the entire industry.The realization of high-power density can make the system more efficient and occupy less space.In this paper,the passive component integration technology is studied,and it is an effective measure to improve power density.Firstly,based on new energy technology and modern power electronics technology,this paper introduces the current development trend of switching power supplies,and analyzes the modern switching power supply technology integrating miniaturization,integration,greening and high-frequency from the aspects of basic structure,function,market demand and future prospect.Then,from the perspective of realizing the high power density of switching power supply,this paper summaries the development of the passive component integration technology,and introduces the planar PCB?Printed Circuit Board?integration technology and FMLF?Flexible Multi-Layer Foil?integration technology respectively,and compares the two kinds of materials and characteristics of the integrated technology,and then clarifies the high-frequency power electronic equipment and the integration is the inevitable outcome of the rapid development of society.Secondly,for the integrated unit of LED constant current driving circuit applied to CLCL resonant converter,the paper proposes to build an integrated structure of two resonant inductors and two resonant capacitors and one transformer by using PCB integration technology.The basic elements of integrated structure and equivalent model are briefly introduced,and the structure parameter design method and magnetic flux analysis are given.The validity of the integrated structure design can be verified by a 100W experimental prototype.Then,for the defects of small voltage gain range and low efficiency under the smaller operating frequency,a passive component integrated device of a new type of multi-element resonant converter driven by LED is proposed.Based on this,the passive components electromagnetic integration scheme is built,which includes two resonant inductors#1 and#2 that for resonance channel structure,two resonant capacitors,and two transformersand.The structure of the integrated unit is also introduced.The power parameters of series resonance and parallel resonance are analyzed,the design of integrated unit parameters was given,and the electromagnetic analysis was carried out.Finally,the efficiency and feasibility of the integrated device can be proved by the electromagnetic simulation results of ANSYSTM,and the prototype of the integrated device can be made on the basis of 200 W–100 k Hz multi-element resonant converter.Finally,the parasitic parameters in the planar PCB integrated structure are analyzed,and then the distributed capacitance in the FMLF integrated winding is analyzed by the Distribute Electro-Magnetic Component?DEMC?model of FMLF,and the derived DEMC model is developed,and three methods for eliminating parasitic parameters are also studied in the same time.Then the influences of core loss,copper foil winding loss and dielectric loss of the integrated unit are analyzed,and verified by example calculations.
