With the distributed power system (DPS) received widespread attention, LLC resonant converter with its wide input voltage range and good voltage regulation performance received much attention from a lot of researchers. In this paper, based on LLC resonant converter, passive integration technology has been applicated to transform its series resonant inductor, series resonant capacitor,parallel inductor and transformer in a single core, thereby to realize the purposes of reducing the number of components, reducing the converter size, increasing power converter power density.This thesis describes the working principle of LLC resonant converter, Working process of LLC resonant converter has been described in detail, The relation between the parameters of the resonant circuit and voltage gain of resonant converter has been analysed,Meanwhile,The process of designing parameters of the LLC resonant converter has been described in detail in this paper, Finally, the rationality of design is validated by simulation software-Saber .In this thesis,series resonant inductor,series resonant capacitor,parallel inductor and transformer are integrated in a core, With the application of general structure of integrated magnetics, integrated magnetic structure is derived. In this paper, the transformer leakage inductance as resonant inductor, transformer magnetizing inductance as a parallel inductor, the use of passive integration technology will be integrated in the resonant capacitor transformer primary side.Comparing with the past structures, this integration structure only has two windings at the same time No additional material used as "leakage layer", easy to hand. and finally, on the basis of the magnetic integration, the application of passive integration technology, through staggered parallel structure in the primary winding of transformer in the integrated resonant capacitor, through the Maxwell 2D simulation software to validate the correctness of the design.
