With the rapid development of China’s transportation industry,the safety and durability requirements of bridge projects are increasing day by day.Under the joint influence of many factors such as bridge deck pavement material performance,temperature and precipitation,traffic load conditions,construction conditions and level,the bridge deck waterproof pavement system is prone to diseases,thus shortening the service life of the bridge project.A reasonable scheme can effectively improve the incidence of disease and control the quality and cost of the project to maximize the project benefit.Therefore,the evaluation index system will be constructed in this paper,and the bridge deck waterproof pavement system will be comprehensively evaluated and the scheme optimized.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the literature investigation of bridge deck damage and the survey results of asphalt concrete pavement,it is shown that the shear resistance of the waterproof adhesive layer in the bridge deck pavement system has a far-reaching influence on the development of the damage,so the shear resistance of the waterproof adhesive layer needs to be paid more attention to.(2)Relying on Changsha bay road bridge project on bridge deck waterproof surfacing solution,using Abaqus software to establish the finite element model,among them,the software of the material parameters of asphalt concrete is derived from Burgers was not the model parameters is derived and conversion,and analyze the overloaded vehicles,vehicle driving state,the coefficient of friction between the layers of the waterproof bonding layer and temperature factors such as the influence of the shear resistance of the layer.The results show that the frequent emergency braking and overload of vehicles have a great adverse effect on the interlayer.The inter-layer bonding effect is reflected by the inter-layer friction coefficient.The larger the inter-layer friction coefficient is,the better the inter-layer bonding effect will be,and the inter-layer shear strength of the waterproof adhesive layer will also be improved accordingly.Therefore,the good bonding performance of the waterproof adhesive layer can effectively reduce the incidence of shear failure.The higher the temperature is,the lower the shear stress is,which indicates that the waterproof pavement system of bridge deck in the high temperature area is more likely to cause diseases.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the shear resistance of the bridge deck under extreme weather conditions such as high temperature when the waterproof pavement scheme is optimized.(3)Develop the software for testing the waterproof performance of intelligent bridge deck pavement and obtain the software copyright.The software integrates the functions of original signal acquisition,signal real-time processing,detection layer thickness and crack depth calculation,and waterproof layer quality evaluation.The software and related detection equipment can be used to detect the damage of the waterproofing pavement system of the bridge deck in a convenient,accurate and intelligent manner,which is of great engineering significance.(4)According to the time sequence from design to construction,various evaluation indexes are sorted out to construct the evaluation index system of bridge deck waterproof pavement scheme.The evaluation index system is divided into two levels.The first level has four target indexes,namely,technical evaluation index,economic evaluation index,social evaluation index and construction evaluation index.The second level has specific classification of target indexes of the next level.Based on the established evaluation index system,the grey system theory is introduced to realize the comprehensive evaluation and scheme optimization of the waterproof pavement system of the bridge deck through the grey relational method.Combined with the calculation of an example,the steps and methods of its application in the optimization and evaluation of waterproof pavement scheme of bridge deck are presented.
