At present,most construction projects mainly make construction schedule by experience or conventional way,and manage construction period,cost and quality individually,which is difficult to meet the actual needs of the project.The integrated management of project construction period,quality and cost has become an urgent problem to be solved by construction enterprises and related construction units.In order to solve the problem of construction schedule optimization,the relationship among time limit,cost and quality must be considered comprehensively,and the comprehensive optimization model of construction schedule is established,so that the project duration,cost,quality and resources to form a complete system.For construction enterprises to create more economic benefits,at the same time,create greater social benefits.In this paper,the relationship among time limit,cost and quality in construction management is discussed,and the idea of value engineering is used to ensure the quality of non-critical line to reduce the cost under the condition that the total time limit is less affected,under the quality target,the thought of reducing the time limit by using the influence of the rush rate on the cost.Based on the study of individual optimization methods of construction period,cost and quality,a multi-objective comprehensive optimization model of construction schedule is established to determine the comprehensive optimum scheme.Under the condition of fixed construction period and balanced resources,the optimization method of construction resources based on splitting peak-shaving product method is put forward.Finally,taking the Runtang Yuefu Project in Fengrun district of Tangshan as an example,the applicability of the comprehensive optimization model and the construction resource optimization method is verified.The application results show that under the condition of ensuring project quality,the optimization of construction period,cost saving and resource balancing are effective.Figure 19;Table 7;Reference 66.
