| The project schedule management could reflect the management level of a construction enterprise in a comprehensive way.As an important indicator for the enterprise’s competence in management,contract performance,profitability and anti-risk,it is also one of the core competitiveness of the construction enterprise.The factors affecting the project progress management of construction enterprises are complex,and the impact of different construction stages on the construction progress is different.How to identify,prevent and control these influencing factors is an important part of project schedule management for construction enterprises.This paper takes QJ Construction Company as the research object.Based on the relevant concepts,contents,characteristics and methods of project construction schedule management,and with the help of relevant research results on schedule management at home and abroad,it obtains several influencing factors of the company’s project schedule management through actual research,and analyzes the factors influencing the overall project construction schedule and those influencing the progress of each construction stage by using the combination weighting method.The paper selects 10 typical projects with schedule lag.By identifying and screening,all factors that affect progress management are divided into 3 categorie of 13 sub-items based on their sources: construction unit factors,QJ Construction Company’s own factors,and environmental factors.According to the five stages of project construction(namely,construction preparation stage,foundation construction stage,main construction stage,decoration and decoration stage and acceptance closing stage),it calculates in details and analyzes the subjective weight,objective weight and comprehensive weight of all influencing factors,which are finally sorted with the priority of QJ Construction Company’s project progress management emphases in overall and each construction stage;then the impact of each construction stage on the overall project progress is further analyzed,and the order of attention to each construction stage in the overall construction progress management of the project is obtained.Furthermore,corresponding control measures are developed accordingly.Through research,it is found that for the current project of QJ Construction Company,the construction unit factor in the decoration stage is the biggest problem affecting the project progress,which needs special attention.The foundation and main body construction stage are highly dependent on funds and resources,and corresponding safeguard measures should be taken.The progress management in the construction preparation stage and the completion and closing stage needs to be emphasized,and the planning and personnel allocation of these two stages should be well preformed,which are all supervised,tracked and implemented during the process.The research conclusion of this paper offers a theoretical basis and reference method for the progress management of similar projects of QJ Construction Company,and also provides a reference for the same type of construction enterprises to carry out the same type of project progress management. |
