In recent years,isolation technology has become an effective anti-seismic technology.Buildings with isolation technology can significantly reduce the response of the earthquake and protect the safety of people in the buildings.Therefore,based on this premise,a new type of polyurethane 3D isolation bearing is developed,and analyzes the material properties of polyurethane rubber,and the mechanical properties of vertical damping bearing.The main work and research contents are as follows:1)The basic theory of the damping bearing of polyurethane rubber is studied.The basic requirements and necessary conditions of the theory of rubber damping bearing are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent design and manufacture of bearing.2)The change rule of compression strain of polyurethane rubber material in shock absorption bearing was analyzed.The compression strain test of polyurethane rubber was carried out by universal testing machine,and the strain was measured by non-contact full field strain gauge.After that,the strain change rule of EXX,EYY and EXY directions was found in the compression state of polyurethane rubber.3)A simple friction test device was made to test the friction between polyurethane rubber and steel plate.And the friction coefficient of rubber material and two kinds of steel plate is obtained by using the existing formula.4)The monotonic load test and the reciprocating load test are carried out on the polyurethane rubber vertical damping bearing.The results show that the bearing has good vertical bearing capacity and vertical stiffness,which can meet the requirements of the allowable bearing capacity.The thickness of single layer rubber of bearing increases from 5mm to 10 mm,and the maximum vertical stiffness decreases by 63.02%.The fitting value of the modified formula is close to the real value,and the degree of agreement is high.Figure 45;Table 10;Reference 57...
