With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the number of vehicles is increasing.It has caused a series of social problems,such as environmental pollution,road congestion and waste of resources.It has become a global problem that affects the sustainable development of cities and the normal functioning of cities.The emergence of new energy shared vehicles has undoubtedly brought convenience to travelers and provided new ideas for the development of green cities.However,due to the location and quantity of new energy shared car parking areas in the city,it does not match the users' demand.As a result,it is difficult for users to find vehicles within the acceptable range,or to find a suitable parking area to return vehicles within a short time after arriving at the destination.In addition,the research found that there is not a complete theoretical system for the location of new energy shared car parking areas.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth research on the location problem of new energy shared car parking areas.In order to better solve the location problem of new energy shared car parking areas in the city,this paper makes the following research:Firstly,this paper is based on the investigation and research of common travel modes of travelers,and a questionnaire is issued in Shanghai.The new energy shared vehicle is regarded as a way of transportation,and the influencing factors of its borrowing and stopping are analyzed,and it apply Multinomial Logit Model to establish the demand prediction model for new energy shared vehicles.Then the parameters of the demand forecasting model are calibrated,and the final utility function is obtained,which builds the foundation for the specific forecast demand in the practical example.Secondly,the multi-attribute decision-making method is used to make a qualitative evaluation of alternative parking areas of new energy shared car.Considering the subjectivity of decision-maker's thinking and evaluation language is fuzzy when making complex decisions in uncertain environment.This paper proposes an improved TODIM evaluation method is based on Interval type-2 fuzzy sets,analyzes multiple alternative parking areas in many ways.From the comprehensive evaluation of geographical location,traffic environment,enterprise factors and social factors,the global prospect value of each alternative parking area is calculated,that is,the satisfaction coefficient of travel users.Then,it builds two objective functions that is based on the results of demand forecasting and qualitative evaluation:The weighted total travel costs between the demand point and alternative parking areas of the new energy shared car is minimized,and the comprehensive satisfaction of users is maximized,and use MATLAB to solve the two-objective integer programming model.In this paper,Yangpu District of Shanghai is selected as the research case of EVCARD parking areas.The traffic flow of Yangpu District is predicted reasonably through field investigation and reasonable division of geographical location.It can get the specific demand of EVCARD from travelers through TransCAD,and it combine with the qualitative evaluation of alternative parking areas to solve the objective function.The number and location of the optimal parking areas are determined,which shows the feasibility and scientific of the proposed method.Finally,the main contributions of this paper are summarized,and the shortcomings of the current research on the location of new energy shared car parking areas are analyzed,and the future research direction is put forward.
