A Study On The Reconstruction Of The Commercial District Of Shunjia Roadside Village In "Miaoyuan,Xishang"

In recent years,after the transformation and upgrading of China’s economic development,China’s comprehensive strength and international competitiveness have been significantly improved.As far as the current situation is concerned,there is still a big gap between urban and rural economy and development level in China.The first is the imbalance between urban and rural structure and economic structure.The second is the excessive output of rural population to the city,resulting in the lack of rural vitality.But the countryside is not only an important part of our economy,but also an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,China’s "three rural" issues,rural development is relatively backward.Therefore,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed "revitalizing the rural areas and promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy in the rural economy" in the nineteen Party Congress.Therefore,how to develop the rural economy is the main problem of the scholars in China.At present,there are development policies and relevant documents for the construction of "characteristic town" in rural development.Therefore,"characteristic town" can effectively shorten the gap between urban and rural areas in promoting the revitalization of rural economy.And the important transformation of the original rural ecological structure.Based on the theories of landscape,economics,regional architecture,sociology and design science this paper takes Shunjia roadside village,Wantian Township,Kecheng District,Quzhou City as the research object.Through the literature review of related disciplines,the field survey of Wantian Township,and the actual situation of the region into the township revitalization strategy design,corresponding to the national call,the sustainable development of rural characteristic economy guidance and suggestions.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes and narrates the development theories of characteristic villages in the aspects of spatial layout,experience and culture.Under this premise,the paper analyzes the current situation of Shunjia roadside village and considers the practical path and the development mode of Characteristic Towns in order to obtain the inspiration of creativity and development,explore how to inherit and express rural culture in the context of modern society,and develop and design the rural commercial space with unique connotation and characteristics.Based on this,the author analyzes the natural environment,human environment,social environment,commercial environment and the relationship between human environment and commercial space of Shunjia roadside village in detail,and puts forward the effective path of the transformation design of Shunjia roadside village commercial street.According to the data of the field survey,the functional block planning of the village is divided into districts,and the institutional mechanism of the village is innovated.Taking the top-level design as an important means,while protecting the ecological culture of the region,giving full play to the unique resource advantages of the village,refining and building the characteristic sunrise industry of the region.It provides a design scheme for the design of Shunjia roadside village commercial block.In order to promote the sustainable development of culture,humanity and protective development,the strategy of commercial space reconstruction in Shunjia roadside village is studied.To provide a feasible reference case for the country’s rural construction of "characteristic town tourism" business.Therefore,this study has a very positive significance in reality.
