Research On Sustainable Development Of Tourism Characteristic Town

Since the Ministry of Housing Urban-Rural Construction,the State Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the notice on developing the cultivation of characteristic towns in 2016,China has set off a wave of construction of characteristic towns,in which the number of tourist-type characteristic towns accounts for the highest proportion.After the development of recent years,the creation of local characteristic towns has been effective at the beginning,but some of them have also exposed more or less problems,affecting the sustainable development of characteristic towns.The purpose of this thesis is to sort out and analyze the problems in the process of construction and development of tourist-type characteristic towns,and put forward feasible suggestions for the sustainable development of tourist-type characteristic towns combined with the successful cases of other towns in China.It is found that the problems affecting the sustainable development of characteristic towns are mainly concentrated in the operation stage,and some of the problems encountered in the operation stage are caused by the problems in the construction stage and the planning and design stage.The problems in the three stages of planning and design,construction and operation in the process of creating and developing the characteristic town is studied in the thesis,and mainly adopts the method of literature research and expert interview to analyze the problems produced in detail.Then,we choose our country in the planning,construction,operation stage of the development of more successful small town case to sum up the experience,Such as the establishment analysis of Taian Tang medical and nursing town,the financing analysis of Gubei water town,the operation transformation analysis of Wuzhen,so as to obtain the corresponding enlightenment,combined with the specific problems of the special town in China,the corresponding measures and suggestions are given from five aspects:mechanism innovation,organization construction,overall planning,financing mode and operation management,in order to provide reference and help for the sustainable development of the tourism characteristic town in China.
