With the increasing market demand of automotive electronics,the automatic window lift controller is widely used in vehicle doors,and the contact-type automatic window lift controller is developing rapidly in the direction of current control scheme with low cost and convenient installation.In this thesis,the design reliability and timeliness of the anti-clamping algorithm of the lifting controller is slightly low due to the influence of external complex environmental conditions and its own hardware interference,and related problems are studied and designed for the lifting controller.The main work of this thesis is as follows:In the analysis of lift control system and the ripple of motor structure,the mathematical model of the ripple of motor is studied,and the relationships between the outside window anti-pinch force and motor current and the current ripple pulse are respectively calculated,so as to establish the mathematical model of the lift control system’s key parameters,and to put forward the controller strategy combined with motor current and current ripple.In the hardware design of the lift controller,the 16-bit processor MS9S12 ZVL provided by NXP is adopted.It has LIN communication receiving and sending function modules.According to the requirements of the controller motor current and ripple conversion control strategy,the hardware design of the entire lift controller is divided into the following parts: minimum system circuit,key input circuit,motor drive and LDO power module,current acquisition circuit,and ripple conversion circuit with 1k Hz low pass filter.The simulation of hardware circuit and PCB drawing of lift controller are completed.In terms of software design of system function,based on the analysis of the influence of external environment to prevent nip function,on the basis of the anti-pinch by design parameter acquisition scheme,self-learning and adaptive strategy locked-rotor and motor function,is presented based on the motor current and current ripple anti-pinch algorithm considering the specific design scheme,the scheme ensures the elevator controller is easier to adapt to complex external environment,improve the timeliness of the car window lift controller.In order to improve the stability and reliability of the whole lifting system at the functional level,this thesis proposes the following strategy design: First,the power management,thermal protection,system sleep and other functional management control design strategies are added;Secondly,abnormal power saving of EEPROM data,system position drift and other phenomena are analyzed,and relevant solutions to product failure problems are proposed.Based on the research of LIN2.1 protocol,this thesis realizes the communication between the lifting controller and BCM on the CANoe.LIN interface.The test of the corresponding basic function of the window lifter is completed,and the result shows that the function performance is normal,and the change error of the anti-pinch area is controlled within 0.243%.Through the analysis of national and industry-related test requirements,the static anti-pinch function was tested in the lifting controller function.The results showed that: the value of anti-pinch force was controlled between 70~80N,and other body electronics had no effect on the anti-pinch function,which met the test standards.In the aspect of the performance of the lift controller,the reliability of the anti-clip adaptive function and the anti-clip self-learning function is verified by testing the anti-clip function of the Windows in complex road conditions.
